Factory reset (Hard reset)

Locate the reset button on the back panel – a small hole to the left of the Power ON/OFF button. Use a thin object like a paper clip to push and hold the button for at least 7 seconds. Release and wait for the router to reboot. IMPORTANT: The default wireless network name (SSID) and password are unique for each of the routers of this model – you can find the name and password on the label on the bottom of your router.

Locate the reset pin hole on the rear panel – to the left of the Power ON/OFF button. Use a paper clip or other thin object to press in the hole and hold for at least 6 seconds. Release. Additional info: the Power LED on the front panel will blink three times in red when you release the reset button. Then it will become green once the default settings are restored.
